Chef of the House is a chef-led hospitality team founded by Barry Dobesh, built on years of experience in culinary leadership and operational excellence. With Nebraska roots and a calm, capable presence, Barry brings both heart and steady, high-touch hospitality to every project.
We support restaurant openings through consulting, concept and menu design, training, and operational systems. Chef of the House also provides private dinners, and catering for events of every size, from small gatherings to full wedding weekends. We’re known for food that’s honest and memorable, and making every meal feel like home.
